Frank has coordinated the members, volunteers and community members that have dedicated their love, time, advocation, belief, and determination that makes up the North Central Community Solidarity Group. He, with the help of others, created an organization that puts "action" in front of "talk", performance instead of promises, and a "hand's on" approach to bettering this community.
